Norman Cox

Founding Partner

Norman Cox has practiced architecture in New York City for 40 years. He has designed educational facilities, retail stores, theaters, single-family houses, and apartment buildings. In addition to his breadth of experience. He also supports the firm with his expertise in construction technology and an extensive knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations. 

Mr. Cox is currently lead designer and Partner-in-Charge for a multi-site project involving construction of new, infill affordable housing. He also has extensive experience in collaborative associations with other architects and designers. 

Norman Cox is a graduate of Pratt Institute in Brooklyn where he has been employed as a visiting instructor and served for many years as a guest critic. He has also served on the board of directors for an arts organization and has represented his community as a member of the local Community Board.

Brynnemarie Lanciotti

Partner

Brynnemarie Lanciotti has extensive experience across a broad range of project types, scales, and complexities. Her work reflects a diverse range of clients and parameters, paired with a strong focus on high-level project execution. She excels in project leadership, client management, contract negotiations, and project execution.  

Currently, Brynnemarie serves as the design lead for multiple residential and commercial projects throughout New York City, implementing her strategic thinking and commitment to design excellence.  

A recipient of the AIA Young Architect Award in 2020, Brynnemarie has also made significant contributions to the profession through leadership roles. She served on the AIA National Strategic Council from 2018 to 2020, becoming the first woman to hold the position of Vice Moderator in 2020. Her career has been defined by a dedication to professional and leadership development, with her impact recognized early when she received the Alpha Rho Chi Medal in 2005.
